Welcome to Mountain View Chiropractic

The first thing to know is that we want to help you reach your health goals.  For some of our patients that can mean a total overhaul of their lifestyle and for others it means just a few changes here and there.  We help our patients by educating them on their health choices; but ultimately how far and how much change a person wants to make in their life is completely up to them.

Conveniently located in the heart of Utah Valley, the Mountain View Chiropractic  professional team is dedicated to your health and wellness. Dr. Carr provides unparalleled chiropractic care with your entire wellness spectrum in mind.

Dr. Carr has been in practice since 1980. He plans on being around for many more years to come. Dr Carr and his capable staff love serving our patients and seeing the changes that chiropractic brings to their lives.

What to expect

Plan to be in the office for about 45 min to 1 hour.

There will be the usual new patient paperwork. The information in the paperwork is a great starting point for Dr. Carr to determine what you have experienced in the past and what is ailing you now. To simplify things, you can download and fill out the new patient forms by → clicking here.

You will have a consultation with Dr. Carr to determine if your case can benefit from chiropractic care. Once it is decided by the doctor that chiropractic treatment is appropriate for your condition, a thorough exam including testing of your reflexes and flexibility will be performed.

If during the first exam Dr. Carr determines additional tests (such as xrays) are needed before treatment is done an adjustment may not be done until your second visit. Most often this is not the case and you will be adjusted during the first visit.

At this point most patients will receive their first adjustment and advice for any follow up treatment, this may include things you can do at home to help your body tune into the treatment it has been given.
If you are in pain when you first come into our office this may include: ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at home exercises and/or stretches.

Further treatment options will be discussed and questions are always welcome.

We look forward to meeting with you about your desire to maintain optimum health. Please call our office for an appointment or → request an appointment online.
