What if you treated a date like you treated your body. Would the date end with a good night kiss or a nice punch to the kisser?

Most of us (except for those choice few who have this healthy habit down) struggle with exercising on a regular basis (regular being at least three days a week). There are always other things in life we could and usually end up doing instead of working out; whether it is working, taking care of family, school work, taking care of others, or catching the next best TV program. The result is the same, exercise is put on the back burner and chances are that we will end up with a good night punch instead of a good night kiss.So challenge yourself to work out, exercise, get the body moving at least three days a week. How long you go, what you do, or when you do it is up to you. Only you know where your physical health is at this time. Know that you don’t have to work out for an hour if you only have 15 minutes, do what you can, just get your body moving.
